It all started when this little one wanted to start β€œcounting calories” so she could be skinny.

She told me she heard it from kids at school, but I knew she had seen me restrict and count.

She was only 5 years old.

I was terrified she would live a life like I had - scared of certain foods and obsessed with the scale.

I’d lost the same 10 pounds over and over (and over and over) and it was time for the dieting to stop.

I had little eyes watching me. She’s my why.

AFTER DIETING FOR OVER 20 YEARS, MY BODY HAD LITERALLY HAD ENOUGH.

The picture on the RIGHT was taken before I started the FASTer Way. I had been trolling it and looking for something new but I wasn't quite ready to commit. You see, I already knew how to exercise and eat right. I had been doing that for 20 years.


The problem was - it wasn't working anymore. And I felt worse than EVER.


I wish I had KNOWN then that making the changes we implement in the FASTer Way would've NOT only changed the way I felt and increased my energy (and let's face it my attitude, because when YOU don't feel good, YOU are not nice), but it would DRAMATICALLY change my body composition.

In my first 6 weeks, I lost OVER 10 pounds and 16 inches.

My body changed drastically, both INSIDE AND OUT.

Now, I help women who were just like me get results and change their lives for themselves and their family.
