You've invested in the lessons, the trainers, and the team. In the next 4 weeks, your athlete learns the missing piece: how to fuel their body to perform, recover, and feel strong, with habits that last long after the season ends.
Join Fuel Your GameYou're doing everything for your athlete
Private lessons. Personal trainers. Speed and agility classes. Strength and conditioning. Tryouts for the best teams. You show up, you drive, you invest.
And your athlete is still coming home from practice with headaches. Still running out of energy in the second half. Still not quite reaching the potential you both know is there.
Here's what I've found after working with young athletes and their families: the missing piece was never effort, talent, or more training.
The missing piece is fuel.
Most young athletes have no idea what to eat, when to eat it, or how to give their body what it needs to perform. Nobody ever taught them. Fuel Your Game fixes that in four weeks.
What happens when an athlete learns to fuel
These are the changes I've watched happen when young athletes start fueling their bodies for the work they're asking them to do:
- Energy that lasts through the whole practice, and the whole tournament weekend.
- No more after-practice headaches and crashes on the ride home.
- Gains in speed, stamina, and strength, throwing harder, lifting more, recovering faster.
- An athlete who knows how to feed themselves for performance, a skill they keep for life.
- A family that talks about food as fuel, not calories, weight, or rules.
How the 4 weeks work
Every Saturday, before the week starts, you and your athlete get that week's guide and a video from me walking you through it. That timing is on purpose: you have the weekend to plan the food before Monday hits.
Simple, real food. No macros to track, no apps, no special groceries. Just a clear plan for what your athlete's body needs and when it needs it.
Breakfast and school day fuel. Start the day with steady energy and stop running on empty.
Practice day nutrition. How to fuel before practice and recover after.
Game day and tournament day fuel. Build a simple routine to pack, plan, and stay ready.
Build your athlete's fuel plan. Habits that keep working long after the program ends.
Want my eyes on your athlete?
For families who want it, you can add four weeks of one-on-one coaching with me on top of the program.
- A private kickoff call where we build your athlete's personalized fueling plan around their sport, schedule, and goals.
- Customized nutrition targets written for your athlete, not a template.
- Direct Voxer access to me, with daily check-ins for all four weeks.
- Specific performance goals we track together, so you can see the plan working.
This is the closest thing to having a sports nutrition coach in your kitchen.
This is not a diet for your kid
Let's be clear about what Fuel Your Game is not. It is not calorie counting. It is not cutting out food groups. It is not about weight, appearance, or "fixing" anyone's body.
Young athletes are surrounded by terrible food messages, from teammates, from the internet, sometimes even from coaches. This program teaches the opposite: your body is capable of amazing things, and food is how you power it.
We fuel bodies. We don't fix them.

Meet Coach Jill
I'm Jill Murphy. As a former high school and college athlete, I saw firsthand how poor fueling habits limited me on the field and set me up for years of misinformation about health and fitness. I've spent over 25 years as a nurse, I'm a certified nutrition coach and certified personal trainer, and I've coached more than 500 clients over the last 7 years. I'm also a softball coach and a sports mom, so I see every single week what fueling, or not fueling, does for kids on the field and in the classroom. Fuel Your Game is everything I know, built into four simple weeks.
Questions parents ask
My athlete is a picky eater. Will this work?
Yes. We build the plan around foods your athlete already says yes to. This is about timing and balance, not forcing new foods.
What sports is this for?
All of them. Softball, baseball, football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, track, dance. If your athlete trains and competes, their body runs on the same fuel principles.
How much time does this take each week?
Each week's video is under 10 minutes, and the guides are built to scan, not study. All in, it's less than 30 minutes a day, for a lifetime of fueling knowledge.
What ages is this built for?
Athletes 11 and up. This is the age when food habits take root, when friends, teammates, and social media start influencing choices, and when energy drinks start showing up at the gas station counter. The habits your athlete builds now carry them for the next two decades, on the field and long after their playing days are over.
Fuel • Perform • Thrive
Give your athlete the missing piece
Four weeks from now, your athlete finishes practice strong, recovers overnight, and fuels like it's part of their training. And the habits they build in these four weeks are the ones that carry them for the next twenty years.
