She gets in the car after practice and says it again: “Mom, my head hurts.”

Maybe you have started wondering whether it is dehydration, migraines, stress, or simply part of training hard.

But before you assume headaches are just something she has to deal with, it is worth looking at how she is fueling before practice.

What she eats, when she eats, and how well she hydrates can all affect how she feels during and after training.

A better way to fuel her

In this free 30-minute masterclass, I’ll walk you through three common fueling mistakes I see young athletes make and show you simple changes you can start making immediately.

You will learn how to support your daughter’s energy, recovery, and performance without turning food into something she has to fear, restrict, or obsess over.

Inside the training, you’ll learn

  • Why your athlete may be getting headaches, feeling exhausted, or crashing after practice.
  • Three common fueling mistakes young athletes make before and during training.
  • Simple changes you can make to meals, snacks, and hydration without overcomplicating nutrition.
  • How to talk about food in a way that focuses on energy and performance instead of calories, weight, or appearance.

We need to change the conversation

You want your daughter to fuel better, but you may also be worried about saying the wrong thing.

You do not want her thinking you are criticizing her body. You do not want her counting every calorie, fearing certain foods, or comparing herself to her teammates.

That does not mean you should avoid the nutrition conversation altogether.

It means we need to change the conversation.

Instead of teaching young athletes to eat less, burn more, or fix their bodies, we can teach them how to fuel their bodies for the things they want them to do.

The goal is to help her fuel her body, not fix it.

Who this is for

This masterclass is for parents of young female athletes who want to better support their daughter’s nutrition but are not sure what to say, what to change, or where to begin.

You do not need to track macros, count calories, or overhaul everything she eats.

You simply need a better understanding of what her body needs to train, compete, recover, and feel good.
